Responsibilities
- Provide safe, professional dog walking services for 2-6 dogs at a time
- Administer medication and special care as requested by pet owners
- Maintain detailed digital logs of walks, behavior, and pet observations
- Transport pets to vet appointments or grooming facilities when needed
- Implement positive reinforcement training during walks
- Respond promptly to owner inquiries via our mobile app
- Ensure all pets are securely leashed and follow safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Certification in Pet First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills and client management abilities
- Physical ability to handle large dogs and walk in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation with pet-safe vehicle (car seat required)
