Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in residential and park settings following owner instructions
- Monitor pets for health and behavioral changes during walks
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners
- Maintain accurate walk logs and service documentation
- Transport pets to veterinary appointments or grooming sessions as needed
- Administer basic medications with proper training
- Represent Pawsome Pet Care with professionalism and compassion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current pet first/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior and handling techniques
- Availability mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Physical ability to handle dogs up to 80 pounds
- Passion for animal welfare and customer service
