Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Operate scanners, scales, and payment processing equipment efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment in assigned areas
- Maintain clean, organized checkout stations and surrounding retail spaces
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to store management

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Proven cash handling experience with strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate POS systems and basic retail technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
