Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized consultations and product knowledge
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and building long-term client relationships
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store presentation
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Contribute to inventory management through stock receiving, replenishment, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special event activations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-end retail or luxury goods sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and commission goals
- Expert knowledge in premium product categories (fashion, jewelry, home goods)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems (Square, Shopify, etc.) and inventory software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
