Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments efficiently before store opening
- Organize and stock shelves, displays, and storage areas
- Operate provided equipment (pallet jacks, rolling carts) safely
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless store transitions
- Adhere to company stocking standards and visual merchandising plans
Qualifications
- Early availability (shifts start 4:00-5:00 AM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic inventory management experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Center Dr location
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with retail stocking or warehouse operations a plus
- Valid government-issued photo ID required
