Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm greetings and problem resolution
- Manage cash handling and daily reconciliation procedures
- Assist with store operations including stocking and merchandising
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas
- Support inventory control and loss prevention initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy and tech adaptability
- Valid California driver's license preferred
