Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain sparkling cleanliness of all coffee stations and customer areas
- Process cash/credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations and inventory management
- Develop innovative seasonal drink specials and promotional offerings
- Train new baristas on brewing techniques and brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in specialty coffee or fast-paced food service
- Deep passion for coffee culture and willingness to learn advanced techniques
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with natural ability to build rapport
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality standards
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Food Handler's Certification preferred (training provided if needed)
