We are looking for a self-motivated professional to ensure our infrastructure remains stable and our clients are supported during critical weekend operations. Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and resolve IT tickets within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) during peak weekend hours.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and security updates.
- Assist users with password resets, access rights, and software installations.
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate logs in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the central support team to escalate complex issues effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Office 365.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional evenings.
