Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for same-day fulfillment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized storage systems and 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred (training provided for motivated candidates)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Pass background check and drug screening
