Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Must be available for flexible evening shifts (6 PM - 2 AM) and weekends
- Valid Ohio Security Guard License (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year security or customer service experience preferred
- Strong observational skills and ability to remain alert during extended shifts
- Excellent communication and de-escalation abilities
- Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
