Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana security guard license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year security or related experience
- Ability to work flexible evening/weekend shifts (5 PM - 3 AM)
- Strong observational skills and situational awareness
- Proficient in using surveillance technology and reporting software
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic first/CPR certification preferred
