Responsibilities
- Execute efficient packing, labeling, and sorting of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and manage stock reconciliation.
- Load and unload delivery trucks during evening shift operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to the Mesa facility.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
