- Resolve technical issues and product-related questions by troubleshooting and providing clear solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal technical team to escalate complex issues and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a strong plus but not strictly required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
