Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer service to shoppers during high-traffic weekend and evening periods.
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store organization.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform basic cleaning and safety checks to maintain a pristine shopping environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Must be available to work Weekends and Evenings (Saturday/Sunday and after 5 PM).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
