Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and keep the sales floor organized and clean.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Cash handling and accurate cash drawer management at the end of shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred.
