Responsibilities
- Process transactions using provided POS systems and digital scanners
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling cash, checks, and card payments
- Operate barcode scanners and weighing equipment accurately
- Assist with inventory management using provided handheld devices
- Maintain clean checkout area with supplied sanitization tools
- Resolve customer inquiries using provided communication systems
- Balance daily cash drawer with supplied counting machines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to learn provided POS systems quickly
- Customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to Sacramento location
- Ability to stand for extended periods with provided anti-fatigue mats
