Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to customers via phone and email.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on various platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions.
- Collaborate with the full-time engineering team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (IT, Computer Science, or related field) is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
