Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock shelves and merchandise to maintain an organized and appealing sales floor.
- Cash handling duties, including making change and balancing drawers at the end of shifts.
- Assist with store maintenance, including cleaning and organizing work areas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus, but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 9:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
