Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with operating a cash register.
