Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Support: Resolve hardware and software issues for clients across Nevada and Illinois remotely or on-site.
- Network Management: Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure optimal uptime.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine updates, security patches, and backups for server infrastructure.
- Client Communication: Interact with stakeholders to explain technical concepts and provide status updates.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to data privacy protocols and assist in implementing security measures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows/Linux, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
