Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers to the store and answering their inquiries.
- Operational Support: Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register system.
- Inventory Management: Help monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the floor manager when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the evening team to ensure a smooth and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Basic Math: Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations with high accuracy.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
