Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize merchandise displays to ensure the store remains visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card payments with strict adherence to company policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including floor stocking and trash removal.
- Resolve customer issues and escalations in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evening shifts and weekends.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
