Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning and afternoon shifts to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the senior management team when necessary.
- Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications.
- Must be reliable and able to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
