- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex problems and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Ensure a high first-contact resolution rate to improve customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
