Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries and product selection in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the Point of Sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment throughout the shift.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Stock shelves and merchandise as needed to ensure inventory levels are sufficient.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings (Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
