Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone and remote access.
- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets within agreed service level agreements.
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and backups during off-peak hours.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software configurations.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure a seamless handover of ongoing issues.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Reliable transportation and availability for evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong customer service orientation.
