Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the front desk and throughout the facility.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers.
- Manage inventory and restock shelves during evening hours to ensure a fully stocked store.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for all staff and visitors.
- Collaborate with the evening management team to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
