Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets in our CRM system.
- Communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical clients clearly and patiently.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate Tier 3 team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on satisfaction.
