Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend hours.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring issues and improve product usability.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Flexibility to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Proficient with Windows, macOS, and common office software.
