Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues via phone and chat.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets during high-volume evening and weekend shifts.
- Configure and maintain remote access tools to assist off-site clients effectively.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the CRM system to ensure knowledge base accuracy.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers and coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is high.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and basic Linux command line.
- Proven ability to work non-standard hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Reliable internet connection required for remote support duties.
