Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Resolve: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for remote and on-site users.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend hours.
- Documentation: Accurately log tickets and update customer records in the CRM system.
- System Maintenance: Assist with routine system checks and software updates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team to escalate complex issues.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Skills: Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and remote support tools (TeamViewer, etc.).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
