Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat to end-users.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in our ticketing system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication.
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues and implement preventative solutions.
- Conduct basic system maintenance and patch management during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening shifts.
- Problem-solving mindset with a patient and professional demeanor.
