Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat to end-users.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex bugs or feature requests.
- Adhere to all company policies and security protocols during shift.
- Maintain a high level of availability during assigned evening and weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work rotating evening shifts and weekends.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing software (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) is a plus.
