Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking to identify potential talent for technical roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet departmental hiring goals.
- Client Communication: Act as a liaison between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks in California.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Students currently pursuing a degree are encouraged to apply).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
- Location: Must be willing to work in our Los Angeles office.
