As a key architect of our net-zero strategy, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop cutting-edge ESG frameworks, oversee carbon-neutral supply chains, and pioneer regenerative business models. You'll lead cross-functional teams in implementing scalable sustainability initiatives that deliver measurable environmental impact and stakeholder value.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 corporate sustainability roadmap aligned with Paris Agreement goals
- Develop ESG reporting frameworks exceeding GRI and SASB standards
- Lead circular economy transformation across 15+ global supply chains
- Oversee carbon neutrality initiatives with verified offset programs
- Drive stakeholder engagement through investor briefings and sustainability communications
- Implement AI-powered environmental impact monitoring systems
- Manage $5M+ sustainability innovation portfolio
- Chair cross-functional sustainability taskforce with legal, operations, and R&D leads
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or MBA with sustainability focus
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with 3+ in strategy leadership
- Proven track record in ESG framework implementation (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Expertise in carbon footprint analysis and net-zero planning
- Experience with circular economy models and regenerative practices
- Strong stakeholder management skills across C-suite, investors, and NGOs
- Proficiency in sustainability software (SAP EHS, Enablon, or equivalent)
- Certification in LEED, SGA, or similar sustainability credential
