Responsibilities

- Lead carbon footprint reduction initiatives across operations and supply chains
- Oversee ESG reporting compliance and stakeholder engagement programs
- Drive circular economy projects including waste minimization and resource optimization
- Manage sustainability KPIs and present progress to executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate eco-innovation into product development
- Champion internal sustainability culture through training and awareness campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in corporate sustainability or environmental management
- Proven track record in developing and implementing ESG frameworks
- Expertise in carbon footprint analysis and life cycle assessment
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in sustainability software
- Experience with GRI, SASB, and TCFD reporting standards
- Exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Deep understanding of emerging sustainability technologies and trends
