Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in high-energy retail environments
- Process transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak evening hours
- Operate POS systems and troubleshoot basic technical issues

- Contribute to inventory management and merchandising initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited educational institution
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
