Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through in-person interactions and digital channels
- Manage inventory and merchandise presentation in high-traffic retail zones
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain financial records
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational standards
- Assist with special weekend promotions and seasonal events
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Support inventory management and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with flexible weekday availability a plus
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Reliable transportation to our Arlington location
