Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, handling cash and digital payments.
- Keep the sales floor and stockrooms organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is running low.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (students are highly encouraged to apply).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
