Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Stock and organize merchandise according to visual standards
- Assist with inventory management and store maintenance
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Uphold brand standards in presentation and customer interactions
- Collaborate with evening staff to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student (part-time or full-time)
- Availability for 3-5 evening shifts weekly (weekdays/weekends)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable transportation to downtown Chicago location
- Previous retail/customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
