Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and processing transactions at the point of sale.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Sat & Sun).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
