Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via virtual channels during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM MST)
- Process transactions and maintain accurate data in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client inquiries
- Complete assigned tasks within SLA requirements
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual training sessions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Adhere to company security protocols for remote work
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM MST) weekends
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
