Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage inventory and maintain organized workspace
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with merchandising and visual displays
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Participate in monthly student-focused training sessions
- Support weekend coverage for full-time roles
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in any Texas or Virginia educational institution
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Previous customer service experience a plus
