Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Manage inventory and maintain store operations efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on student-focused projects
- Train and mentor new student employees
- Utilize CRM systems to track student engagement metrics
- Adapt schedules around academic calendars with advance notice

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a North Carolina college/university or recent graduate
- Availability for minimum 20 hours/week (evening/weekend flexibility)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
