Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening/night hours
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Monitor security protocols and maintain safe premises
- Assist with inventory management and restocking duties
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Complete opening/closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and/or nights (12 AM - 8 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Reliable transportation to/from workplace
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
