Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the development of the company's strategic vision and execution plan specifically focused on milestones and goals for the year 2026.
- Holistic Strategy: Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify emerging market trends, technological shifts, and competitive threats.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align operational tactics with the overarching 2026 vision.
- Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our strategic initiatives and adjust course as necessary.
- Innovation Integration: Integrate forward-looking technologies (such as AI and automation) into our long-term business strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or a related senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in Strategic Studies preferred.
- Foresight Skills: Proven track record of leading strategic planning sessions and the ability to articulate a compelling long-term vision.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and pivot strategies based on market intelligence.
