Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs to co-create 2026 roadmaps
- Author executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their societal implications
- Design and deliver immersive 'Future Vision' workshops for C-suite stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or exponential technology
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
