Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in strategic innovation or R&D management
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products generating $50M+ revenue
- Expertise in future-tech forecasting with published thought leadership in AI/automation trends
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
