- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital economies
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps with quantifiable innovation KPIs
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed foresight into product development
- Build proprietary futures intelligence frameworks using predictive modeling
- Present strategic insights to Fortune 500 partners and investors
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering/design teams
- Author thought leadership on disruptive market shifts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in emerging tech (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published research on long-term technological disruption
- Experience scaling innovation in enterprise environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
