Job Description
The Future is Here. Are You Building It?
Nexus Horizon Systems is at the forefront of defining the technological landscape for the year 2026. We are seeking a visionary Strategic AI Architect to lead our next-generation research and development division. This is not just a job; it is a mission to architect the intelligent systems that will define the next decade of human-machine interaction.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical artificial general intelligence (AGI) and practical, scalable application. You will work in a high-performance environment, utilizing cutting-edge quantum-inspired algorithms and neural architectures to solve complex problems.
Why Join Us?
- Work on Year 2026 roadmap technologies that don't exist yet.
- Competitive salary and equity package in a Series A funded unicorn.
- Flexible remote-first policy with quarterly global retreats.
- Access to the world's most advanced compute clusters.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement proprietary AI architectures focused on AGI capabilities, including reasoning, planning, and autonomous learning.
- Future-Proofing Systems: Develop scalable infrastructure capable of integrating quantum computing elements into classical AI workflows by 2026.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for bias mitigation, safety protocols, and transparent decision-making in autonomous systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of elite machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, legal, and design teams to translate 2026 vision into feasible product features.
- R&D Strategy: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging paradigms such as Neuromorphic Computing and Large Action Models.
Qualifications
